Katie Minich, K12 Outreach Representative, with the Georgia Student Finance Commission met with Webster County High School students and parents on Monday, November 11, 2019. Students in grades 8-12 learned about HOPE Scholarship/Grant, Zell Miller Scholarship, and Dual Enrollment requirements.
Georgia’s Dual Enrollment Program is available to Georgia students in grades 9-12 enrolled in a public school, private school, or home-study program operated pursuant to O.C.G.A. 20-2-690 in Georgia. Dual Enrollment allows high school students to earn high school course credits while taking college courses.
If you have any questions concerning enrollment in college courses (dual enrollment) or eligibility for HOPE Scholarship/Grant, please contact Dr. Dorothy Y. Ingram, Assistant Principal/CTAE Director/Graduation Coach, at 229-828-3365 or firstname.lastname@example.org or www.gafutures.org.
