In December, from Webster County High school prepared an exciting project presentation on Ecosystems. The students were tasked with creating an ecosystem in a jar, in which they collected items from nature (twigs, sticks, water, aquatic life, dirt, rocks) to mimic an aquatic ecosystem. Once the jar was complete the students wrote 3-5 paragraphs to describe the life forms present in their ecosystem. Each student made a one minute presentation of their completed work. What an exciting way to wrap up before the holidays!
